Advantage for the parents

At MVPNS, parents have the chance to observe and interact with children who are the same age as their own child. Parents learn directly about how the children develop, learn, and grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. Parents also get to attend parent education talks on a variety of topics throughout the year. Teachers model a variety of positive guidance techniques to assist parents with the challenges that arise with young children as they grow and develop.

This introduction to the child’s education serves parents well as their children advance through elementary school and beyond. Parents at parent participation programs learn how to work together with teachers as partners in the education of their child. A parent participation nursery school lays a strong foundation for the child’s future education.
